Domestic Delivery (Pakistan)

Muddat currently ships exclusively within Pakistan. All domestic orders are dispatched from our center in Karachi using our primary logistics partner, PostEx.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 8 to 10 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

At Muddat, we do not mass produce. Each piece is thoughfully curated and our artisans are paid directly from each individual piece.

• Delivery Timeline: Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 working days from the dispatch date. Deliveries to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) typically arrive faster than remote regions.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD) & Tracking

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery.

• Once your parcel is dispatched via PostEx, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your package in real time.
