Welcome to Muddat. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform or purchasing any products.

By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.

1. General Conditions & Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least the age of majority in Pakistan, or you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

  • Prohibited Uses: You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property laws).

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • Descriptions & Colors: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, embroideries, fabrics, and details of our eastern wear collections available on the website. However, due to varying screen resolutions on different devices, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

  • Modifications to Prices: Prices for our products are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

  • Quantities: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, particularly during high-demand festive and seasonal launches.

3. Orders, Billing & Account Information

  • Order Acceptance & Verification: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. Orders may be subject to verification via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • Billing Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You promptly agree to update your account and other information, including your shipping address in Karachi or elsewhere, contact numbers, and email address, so that we can successfully complete your transactions and coordinate your deliveries.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

  • Shipping Policy: We ship across Karachi, nationwide across Pakistan, and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Muddat is not responsible for delays outside of our control, including courier service delays, local weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical bottlenecks.

  • Returns & Exchanges: Our specific return and exchange window (typically applicable within a designated timeframe upon receipt), conditions for unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact, and refund methods are detailed in our separate Return Policy page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please note that custom-stitched or tailored outfits are generally non-returnable.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content included on this site, such as textile designs, prints, embroidery motifs, text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Muddat and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of Pakistan and international treaties.

  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, our proprietary clothing designs, or access to the Service without express written permission from Muddat.

6. User Comments, Feedback & Submissions

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example, styling contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, via email, social media, or otherwise, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
